Canberra pickup is upon request and will need to be arranged prior to purchase but please select local delivery in checkout.

Shipping:  

All items are shipped out within 1-2 working days from the day payment has been received.

Tracking number will be emailed once order has been posted. Postage is a third party service, once your order has been marked as posted you place Australia Post responsible for your items. 

If you experience any issues with the non-arrival of your order and are unable to gain information from the tracking number provided please do not hesitate to contact us and we will follow it up with Australia Post. Abusive messages will not be tolerated

Extra cover on postage is available. 

Depending on where you live it can take up to 5 days to receive your item. Please allow more time during busy periods.

Exchange: Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged otherwise store credit will be given if item is no longer available. 

Refund Policy:  Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days has past since your purchase we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be in unused and original packaging as you received it. 
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We do not refund for change of mind.
